AdCreatorX helps creators, MCNs, brands, and advertisers manage creator monetization and campaign operations. We only collect information that is needed to provide, secure, improve, and support these services.

2. Information You Provide

We may collect information you submit directly, including your name, display name, email address, TikTok username, profile URL, region, content category, organization information, campaign preferences, support messages, and other information you choose to provide.

If you represent an MCN, brand, advertiser, or organization, we may collect business contact details and campaign-related information needed to operate the service.

3. Information We Receive From TikTok

When you choose to log in with TikTok, TikTok asks for your permission before sharing information with us. Depending on the permissions you approve, we may receive your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar URL, and other basic profile information made available through TikTok Login Kit.

We use TikTok data to authenticate you, create or access your AdCreatorX creator account, display your creator profile, prevent duplicate accounts, and support creator-related campaign workflows.

We do not use TikTok Login to post content to your TikTok account, access your private messages, collect your password, or control your TikTok account. We do not sell TikTok user data.

4. Technical and Usage Information

We may collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, and interactions with the service. This helps us secure the service, diagnose issues, measure performance, and improve product experience.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, verify creator or organization identity, match creators with relevant campaigns, manage onboarding and campaign operations, communicate service updates, provide support, detect abuse, improve features, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, creator categories, campaign trends, and product quality. This information does not identify you personally.

6. AI and Automation

AdCreatorX may use automation or AI-assisted systems to suggest product matches, content briefs, scripts, publishing plans, campaign insights, or performance summaries. These systems may process information you provide and account information you authorize us to use.

You should review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them or publishing them. We do not use TikTok Login data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate review.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with creators, MCNs, brands, advertisers, service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment or operations partners, and professional advisors only as needed to provide and support the service.

For campaigns, we may share creator profile information, category, region, campaign status, performance metrics, or other relevant information with participating brands, advertisers, or MCNs for campaign operation and reporting.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security needs, enforcement of our Terms, or protection of rights, safety, and integrity of AdCreatorX, users, partners, or the public.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and support security. Retention periods may vary based on account status, campaign activity, and legal requirements.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information unless we need to retain certain records for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information according to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
